The restaurant’s staff is all outfitted with uniforms that are suitable for their positions. Every six months, all food handlers undergo medical examinations, vaccinations, and communicable disease screenings. Any employee who is determined to be unfit is duly let go until the doctor’s certificate of fitness is obtained.
